STEP TWO: SEASON THE FISH
Make the seasoning mix by using, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, salt/ pepper and avocado oil.

The thickness of the cod fillet will impact the cooking time of the fish. A thicker and larger fillet will require a few more minutes of cooking time.
Just be sure to not over cook or the fish will be dry! A thinner fillet will cook quicker. It’s better to take the fish out to early rather then to late. For the best result cook as instructed .

There are two types of cod fish Atlantic and Pacific. Pacific Cod has moisture content a little higher than that of Atlantic Cod, making it less firm.
Cod is a nutritious and flavorful fish loaded with lean protein, vitamins, and minerals. Although lower in omega-3s than fatty fish, cod can still be part of a healthy diet.
