  • 2 scotch pepper
  • ½ tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado oil, chopped green onions, scotch bonnet peppers, chicken bouillon, ground cumin, ginger, dried parsley, and the first tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Pulse the mixture until it forms a smooth paste. If needed, you can add a splash of water to help with blending.

  • Blend everything again until all the ingredients are well combined and the marinade has a uniform texture.
  • Taste the marinade and adjust the seasoning according to your preference. You can add more salt, sugar, or spice if desired.
