Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing and delicious cocktail. And what could be more fitting than a Melon Cocktail? Made with juicy cantaloupe, this drink is the epitome of summer in a glass. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or entertaining friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cantaloupe
  • ¾ cup water
  • 4 oz cantaloupe juice
  • 2 ½ oz vodka
  • ½ oz jalapeno syrup
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • Dash sea salt
  • Additional jalapenos for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend 2 cups of cantaloupe and ¾ cup of water in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove any chunks.
  • In a shaker, combine 4 ounces of the cantaloupe juice, 2 ½ ounces of vodka, ½ ounce of jalapeno syrup, ¾ ounces of lime juice, and a dash of sea salt.
  • Shake the ingredients in the shaker until they are evenly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice or without ice is optional.
  • Garnish with additional jalapenos (optional).
  • Serve and enjoy!
