Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing and delicious cocktail. And what could be more fitting than a Melon Cocktail ? Made with juicy cantaloupe, this drink is the epitome of summer in a glass. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or entertaining friends.

2 cups cantaloupe ¾ cup water 4 oz cantaloupe juice 2 ½ oz vodka ½ oz jalapeno syrup ¾ oz lime juice Dash sea salt Additional jalapenos for garnish optional
Blend 2 cups of cantaloupe and ¾ cup of water in a blender until smooth. Strain to remove any chunks.
In a shaker, combine 4 ounces of the cantaloupe juice, 2 ½ ounces of vodka, ½ ounce of jalapeno syrup, ¾ ounces of lime juice, and a dash of sea salt.
Shake the ingredients in the shaker until they are evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice or without ice is optional.
Garnish with additional jalapenos (optional).
Serve and enjoy!
