Add the chicken thighs to a bowl and coat evenly with onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, and salt. Make sure each piece is well seasoned on both sides.
Brown the Chicken
Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken in batches until golden on both sides. You're building flavor here not cooking it all the way through yet.
