Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Cream of Wheat
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 whole star anise
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, add water, almond and coconut milk. Throw in your star anise, and cinnamon sticks. Allow the to boil for 10 minutes then reduce heat to low
  • Next, reduce the heat to low and add condense milk, salt and ground cinnamon. While frequently whisking ( to prevent lumps), add cream of wheat.
  • Cover the saucepan with a lid to allow cream of wheat to simmer and thinking for about 5 minutes, whisking every two minutes.
  • Serve with fresh blueberries or bananas of choice of toppings.
