Imagine biting into a slice of perfectly baked Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza with tender and flavorful jerk chicken, slathered in tangy BBQ sauce and topped with a melty blend of cheeses.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat the pizza bread with butter and pre-cook it for 3 minutes.
Wash and pat dry the chicken. Create the jerk seasoning by combining avocado oil, green onions, scotch bonnet pepper, chicken bouillon, cumin, ginger, parsley, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, brown sugar, soy sauce, pimento seeds and salt and pepper.
Let the chicken marinate in the jerk seasoning for 30 minutes in the refrigerator or overnight for the best results.
Pan fry the chicken in two tablespoons of avocado oil over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Set it aside on a baking sheet.
In a small pan over medium heat, combine unsalted butter, thyme, garlic paste, half n half, butter cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
For Assembly:
Spoon a generous amount of white sauce onto the pizza crust, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Add a few pieces, not all, of jerk chicken and half a cup of scorpion cheese.
Next, add more chicken, one cup of mozzarella cheese, red onions, and red and yellow peppers.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
Allow the pizza to cool for 10 minutes so that the sauce settles, then enjoy!
