Using a mini food processor, add ¼ cup mayo, ⅓ cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon water, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon cumin, 1 chipotle chili in adobe sauce, 1 teaspoon worcheshire, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 cup cilantro. Blend for until smooth.
