  • 1 lb shrimp large
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Season/ Marinate The Shrimp

  • 2 teaspoon old bay
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper

Finish Off The Dish

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ juice of lemon

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning the shrimp. Add in your old bay, paprika, cayenne pepper, soy sauce, salt and ground pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 ½ hours. If rushed for time 30 minutes will do.
  • In a medium-sized skillet over medium high heat. Add the olive oil to the pan following the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
  • Next, add cubed unsalted butter and minced garlic. Flip the shrimp over cooking it on the other side and allow the butter to reduce and cook the shrimp for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add the lemon juice, light salt and pepper. Toss and cook in the sauce until the shrimp is opaque – no longer transparent.
  • Garnish with parsley and enjoy !
