Airfryed Cilantro Parmesan Wings are one of my best go-to recipes for game day. The simple thought of making this creamy sauce and pairing it with crispy, golden brown chicken wings makes my mouth water.
In a medium bowl, combine the chicken wings with all the seasonings, including avocado oil, salt, ranch seasoning, chile powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and lime juice. Mix well and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or as long as you have time for.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. Once preheated, place the chicken wings in the air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 45-50 minutes, turning the wings halfway through cooking, until they are crispy and fully cooked.
While the chicken wings are cooking, prepare the cilantro parmesan sauce.
Parmesan Cilantro Sauce
In a small mixing bowl or food processor, combine the cilantro, sour cream, mayo, ranch, black pepper, parmesan cheese, jalapeño pepper, garlic paste, and honey. Mix well.
Once the chicken wings are done cooking, add them to a bowl and coat with half of the cilantro parmesan sauce, reserving the remaining sauce for serving.
