Ingredients
  

  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime wheel
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 2 ounces of spiced rum
  • 1 ounce of cream of coconut
  • 2 teaspoon of lime juice
  • 3 ounces of club soda or lime seltzer

Instructions
 

  • In a tall glass, add 8 fresh mint leaves, 1 lime wheel, and 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
  • Muddle the ingredients together to release the flavors of mint and lime.
  • Add 2 ounces of Captain Morgan spiced rum, 1 ounce of cream of coconut, and 2 teaspoon of lime juice.
  • Stir the ingredients together.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top with 3 ounces of club soda or lime seltzer.
  • Stir again and garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
