Raspberry Gin Fizz Cocktail

As the temperatures rise and summer approaches, it's the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing cocktail. If you're a fan of gin and fruit flavors, the raspberry gin fizz cocktail is the perfect choice. This delicious drink is easy to make and is sure to become a new favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounce gin for 2 servings adjust to 4 ounces
  • 1 ounce raspberry syrup
  • ginger beer

Instructions
 

  • Rinse mint leaves and pat them dry.
  • In a cocktail shaker, place the mint leaves and lime juice. Using a muddler or a wooden spoon, gently press and twist the mint leaves to release their oils and flavor into the lime juice.
  • Add the raspberry syrup and gin to the cocktail shaker.
  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake the mixture well until it is well combined and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top the cocktail with ginger beer to taste.
  • Garnish the cocktail with additional mint leaves and raspberries, if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
