  • 2 cups Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1 ⅓ cup water
  • 1 can pineapples
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • whipped cream for garish
  • dash cinnamon for garish

Vanilla Butter Cream Syrup

  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup granulate sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt

Cinnamon Butter

  • ¼ tablespoon butter softened
  • ¼ tablespoon honey
  • ¼ tablespoon powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
