3green onionsthinly sliced, white and green parts divided
1teaspoonKosher salt
3tbsp.sesame oildivided
4tablespoonlow-sodium soy sauceor more
Instructions
Heat up a medium size pan. Add olive oil and rice and cook for 5 minutes
In the same pan form a middle space to fry garlic, onions, carrots and peas then again form space in the middle of the pan to cook the eggs. Cover if need to bring the temperature up for the eggs.
Add sesame oil, soy sauce, green onion and salt to taste.
